Dr. Lyda Lindell’s journey into the world of medicine began with a determination to follow her passion despite societal expectations. She worked tirelessly through pre-med and medical school, often feeling the pressure to choose a more traditional route. Yet, her love for the precision and impact of ophthalmology led her to open her own practice, becoming a pioneer in the field. Her passion for helping others through eye surgery was evident as she built a thriving practice, providing life-changing procedures to her patients, all while managing the demands of motherhood during her residency. Dr. Lyda led her practice for 30 years.
Despite her success, Dr. Lyda’s journey took an unexpected turn after a severe windsurfing accident left her with multiple pelvic fractures. The experience was transformative, leading her to question the limitations of conventional medicine. Frustrated by the lack of solutions offered by traditional approaches, she sought out alternative treatments and discovered Precision Longevity Medicine.
